All rates are based on double occupancy and include a complimentary hot five item breakfast (hot beverage, OJ, muffins, fresh fruit, crustless quiche) brought out to your suite in a basket at your choice of time between 7 and 9 AM.  Restaurant style breakfasts are also available for purchase across the street at The Eggery for those who wish to dine out for that type of food.  

Guests in addition to two persons per suite are $25 each. Rates are subject to 13.27% hotel tax.  Rates and tax are subject to change without notice. Check in instructions will come in a follow up email.  10% discount in any suite for stays of 7 days or more.  Children under 13 stay free.  Your online booking rate will be edited to reflect the actual rate for any children staying free and for other discounts.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and Novus cards are accepted.  Your card is not charged until you hand it to me at check in.  All suites are non smoking.  Designated outdoor smoking sites are available.  Our pool is not heated and is too cold for swimming in the winter months.  Occasionally small pets are allowed on a limited basis, please inquire for availability.  PLEASE READ BOTH CONFIRMATORY EMAILS YOU RECEIVE FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION.   THE SECOND EMAIL WILL REQUEST A REPLY FROM YOU. 

        If the full length of your stay shows as not available, please try searching for each individual night separately to view all suites available for each day of your stay or call us to help.  You may need to book more than one suite for your stay.  Changing suites is effortless -- we do the moving for you while you’re out!

       We will arrange check in time to fit your schedule:
  early by holding your luggage until your suite is ready so you may go out without the worry of leaving items in your car or later on anytime throughout the day or past midnight, even when we’re away on errands, by using our self check in procedure.

       Travel tip:  for longer stays consider renting your car offsite through the Enterprise West Central Phoenix branch (602-240-6792) which is walking distance right around the corner from us and taking the light rail ($1.75), a cab ($28) or Super Shuttle ($19-26) to us from the airport .  You will save the extra 11.11% + $6/day airport facility surcharge levied on cars rented from there.  On a one week rental this can amount to around 35% more.  Enterprise will also shuttle you for free to the airport upon returning your car during open hours; best to arrange this in advance.  Also the light rail is right across the street.  Search for quotes and book online at www.enterprise.com, put 85013 in the location window, and choose the 140 W. Camelback location or call them directly for full information.  Hours for pick up and drop off are 7:30 - 6:00 M-F, 9-12 Saturdays, closed Sundays.  To use Enterprise, you schedule must fit their business hours.

Hertz customers may arrange their offsite car pick up at the office across from the southeast rear corner behind the Phoenix Motor Co. (Mercedes dealer) at 225 W. Indian School Road, 602-636-1353.  This is a 2½ block walk to the west from the nearest light rail station and one mile south of The Manor.  Weekday hours 7:30-6, Saturday 9-1, Sunday 12-5, the only one open on Sundays.

Avis customers may pick up offsite at the Sears Auto Center, 4469 E. Thomas Road, 602-840-6008.  This is a 2½ mile cab ride directly north of the east side exit from the airport.  Closed Saturday after 3 and all day Sunday.

Booking within 7 days of travel?
  Request the following discounts for any luxury king suite:  1-4 days - 10%, 5-7 days - 20%, 8+ days - 25%.  In the summer the discount applies to any king suite. 
Government, university, or military per diem rates:  Call for advance availability at the spring AZ FY-10 rates:  lodging ($140) plus M&IE ($11) for Phoenix =  $151 total in any suite.   Summer rate starting 6/1 = $100 total and fall rate starting 9/1 = $132 total.
Business travellers staying 4 or more nights in Phoenix a year on a company rate:  Call to discuss a standard rate for your company year round.
Family / girlfriend / buddy reunions or get togethers:   Arrange time together with old friends or family for a fun 2+ day stay in at least 3 suites and get the least expensive suite free plus 25% off any additional suites booked.  Sample package rates in luxury king suites (expressed as per day per suite based on 3 suites minimum):   Apr. 19 - June 13:  $126 (normally $189),  June 14 - Sept. 15:  $86 (normally $129), Sept. 16 - Oct. 31:  $113 (normally $169), extra person $17 (normally $25).
 
Cancellation Policy 
After a 3 day grace period a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if a confirmed reservation is canceled. If a confirmed reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) or fewer days’ notice, a one night fee will be charged to the credit card. Then a transferable credit certificate good for one year will be issued in the amount of the room rate minus the $25 cancellation fee.  CANCELLATION POLICY IS NOT APPLIED DURING THE SUMMER SEASON 6/14 TO 9/15.
